M&C Lianhe was founded by Martial Ngassa, a Hong Kong-based trade advisor who arrived in mainland China in 2002 as a professional footballer with Dalian Shidie Football Club, and stayed to build one of the most genuinely connected trade networks across Asia, Africa, and Europe.
With Mandarin fluency, deep manufacturer relationships across Guangdong and beyond, and longstanding connections across Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Gabon, and France, Martial occupies a position in this market that no generic consultancy can replicate.
Martial is joined by Michael Chen Zhijiang, China Advisory Partner. Michael is a logistics and freight specialist with extensive commercial networks across mainland China who provides China-side intelligence, carrier relationships, and supplier access on every mandate.
